We have continued to improve products as a result of feedback from our clients. The ESAMI portfolio of courses has been expanded. The key highlight of these is the Executive MBA Transport Economics and Logistics Management. This will be a flagship programme that shows our versatility as a leading business school in Africa. The programme will have a two -week seminar in Europe and visits to leading logistics centres in Netherlands- a leader in the area in Europe.

The regular Executive MBA has continued to be popular and now have both day and evening classes. Our open programmes have been improved. We continuously review our offerings to ensure their relevance to you our esteemed clients. The faculty has equally been retrained and retooled to update their knowledge and skills in their areas of specialization. We will continue to manage quality to ensure that effective delivery methodologies are utilized. We have continued to offer customer tailored coursed on site. This mode of training has enabled organizations in major change process to speed up momentum for reforms. Our consulting services have been revamped by the creation of professional teams of multi – skilled consultants. Its role as a premier Regional Management Development Institute has expanded substantially as a result of increased client demand by countries of the region and beyond To date over 60,000 middle and top level personnel in the government, public, private and civic organisations have attended open management development programmes offered by the Institute.

ESAM's Strategic Thrust
ESAMI programmes are based on the emerging needs of the client throughout the continent. The Institute has continued to make sure that programmes benefit from research carried out in the form of needs assessment and participants feedback.
Programme appraisal, tracer studies and impact assessment will form important part of ESAMI's training and capacity building process. The training programmes presented in this prospectus will have a strong link between management and performance improvement at individual and organizational level.
Tailor made programmes will be undertaken to address clients' specific problems and issues. These are normally conducted on request and at venues and dates convenient to client.

ESAMI launched an Executive MBA Programme which has proved to be quite successful. To date the Business School enrolment stands at 3600 students spread in ten campuses in Africa.

ESAMI has also introduced full-time Certificate and Diploma programmes in management.
